Social Impact Assessment Community Survey

The Bathurst Hospital Redevelopment has engaged Ethos Urban to prepare an independent Social Impact Assessment (SIA). An SIA seeks to understand the local social context where development is taking place, assess the likely social impacts and benefits, and recommend mitigation strategies to potential negative impacts or enhancement strategies to maximise the benefits new projects bring to the community. To inform the SIA, the project is seeking stakeholder and community perspectives on the proposal through a broad survey.
